Gulf Air will start offering daily flights to Hyderabad next month.
Commencing on 2 December 2015, Bahrain’s national carrier will add two more weekly flights to its current five-times-a-week schedule, to meet “high passenger demand”.
“Gulf Air’s increased Hyderabad service will mean a greater connection to one of our national carrier’s newest and most successful routes,” said the airline’s acting chief commercial officer, Ahmed Janahi.
“We are always looking to satisfy the high demand to and from Hyderabad and cater to passenger needs on this popular route. With daily flights between Bahrain and Hyderabad we are offering enhanced schedule flexibility for our travellers.”
Gulf Air’s new flights will depart Manama every Tuesday and Saturday at 1430, arriving in Hyderabad at 2100. The return flights will then leave at 2200, arriving back in Bahrain at 0010. The other five weekly flights leave Manama at 0255 and take off from Hyderabad at 1025.
Gulf Air has provided direct services between India and Bahrain since 1960.
