Hilton has announced the opening of KOI Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton, representing the brand’s debut in St Kitts and Nevis, which will also be KOI Hospitality’s first entry into the hotel space.

The 102-room oceanfront haven is the latest addition to Curio Collection by Hilton, reinforcing the growth of its portfolio of one-of-a-kind hotels and resorts in premier destinations across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Situated along Half Moon Bay and adjacent to the Royal St Kitts Golf Club, KOI Resort Saint Kitts will inspire a new lifestyle, vibe and frame of mind.

“Rapidly evolving into a high-end tourist destination in the region, St Kitts has experienced a spike in tourism this year with arrivals booming 14.5% higher over the same period last year,” said Juan Corvinos, vice president, development, Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton.

“Now growing at one of the fastest rates in the Caribbean, we recognise the demand for upscale accommodations, intuitive service and authentic experiences in this market.”

Following a four-year closure and comprehensive renovation, Rosewood Little Dix Bay on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands has re-opened.

Originally founded by conservationist Laurance Rockefeller over half a century ago in 1964, the ultra-luxury resort has been completely revived and redesigned while staying true to its identity as a leading example of ecotourism. Set across 500 acres of pristine private beachfront, the reimagined resort provides an unparalleled island escape.

AC Hotels by Marriott, the design-led lifestyle brand from Marriott International, has announced the opening of the 249-room AC Hotel Santiago Costanera Center in the cultural hub of Chile.

Housed in the tallest building in Latin America, the anticipated new hotel embodies AC Hotels’ brand promise of going beyond the conventions. Located on the 17th floor of the Torre Vitacura in the prestigious Costanera Center, the hotel was designed by Alemparte Barreda & Asociados.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has revealed the latest addition to its collection of authentic palaces – Fateh Prakash Palace.

Now re-branded as Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, the hotel is located within the historic City Palace on the shores of Lake Pichhola in Udaipur, offering panoramic views of the lake, while being surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, Jagmandir Island and the legendary Taj Lake Palace.
