Hotels.com has launched a new programme called Secret Prices, designed to offer its members a greater selection of hotel deals, most of which are not available on comparison sites.
Secret Prices offers thousands of negotiated rates and deals that will only be available to its subscribers and loyalty scheme members.
“We continually look for ways to evolve the services we provide our customers,” said Clive Peoples, vice president of customer marketing for Hotels.com. “Secret Prices brings even greater savings to our members, app users and email subscribers and offers value beyond other online travel sites.”
Meanwhile, Hotels.com has also rebranded its loyalty programme. The former Welcome Rewards scheme has now been renamed Hotels.com Rewards. Existing members will automatically be transferred to the new programme, which still offers one free night for every 10 nights stayed, with no blackout dates.
Members of Hotels.com Rewards will be offered the new Secret Prices deals.
