HRS – Global Hotel Solutions – is inviting visitors to check-in to stand B755 at this year’s Business Travel Show (22 and 23 February) to experience the new HRS Smarthotels app, launching in the UK at the show.
The company will give visitors a chance to try out the automated check-in/out system that uses the latest Beacon technology.
The show will also mark the official launch of the new HRS global branding in the UK.
The company’s new UK management team, including managing director Andy Besent and director of corporate sales, Ian Blackie, will be on hand to meet visitors.
“It’s an exciting time for HRS as we prepare to not only launch our new branding to the UK market, but also showcase the new HRS Smarthotels app which will really simplify the hotel check-in/out experience for guests,” said Besent.
“Furthermore, because convenience and price is a real priority for customers, with business travellers wanting to book their rooms both quickly and easily – without time-consuming price comparisons or redirection to unknown providers – we’re also delighted to be introducing Multisource at the show. We are committed to auditing rates continuously through intelligent sourcing, and Multisource is the first in a series of new innovations from HRS that will support corporates and business travellers even better as we start to roll it out globally.”
HRS will also be demonstrating its comprehensive online meetings booking tool, meetago, a year on from its initial launch to the UK. With access to more than 32,000 conference hotels worldwide via the HRS portal, meetago offers a smooth booking process from strategic procurement to the payment and accounting solutions.
