International Airlines Group (IAG) subsidiary Iberia is to use only Airbus A330-300s on its Madrid to Luanda route, effective from October.

The aircraft, which are 15% more fuel efficient than the ones they will be replacing, come equipped with both Business Plus and Tourist class sections.

The business class area – which comprises of 36 seats – has pods which can be made into fully flat beds as well as 15.4 inch entertainment screens that are around 50% bigger than those on previous models.

Last month we reported that IAG had renewed its short-haul order with Airbus with a contract for up to 220 aircraft.
