InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) recently launched the global children’s hotel menu designed by a child food expert and award winning chef. The menu launches in early 2014.
The menu has been jointly developed by Theo Randall and Annabel Karmel MBE. The new children’s menu is set to offer the junior palate a number of classics. Simon Scoot, vice president Global Brands, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and IHG Global Resorts said: “This partnership is based on the principle of ‘Food Exploration’ which is all about creating food experiences children will find exciting.”
The new menu will be available in all properties globally by the end of June 2014.
