Sustainability, gastronomy and the personal touch will be covered in the education seminars at this year’s International Luxury TravelMarket (ILTM), it has been announced. The sessions will take place on the first day of the Cannes-based conference with a focus on CSR activity from variouseco-hotels. There will also be a dedicated seminar on gastronomy, another focused on providing a personalised luxury and one covering the cruise sector.
“The 10thanniversary of ILTM in December is brimming with ideas and solutions for luxury travel agents and operators to take-away, tailor and use within their own businesses,” said Simon Mayle, marketing manager of ILTM. “Hot on the agenda is gastronomy as well as understanding the needs of the new generation of luxury travellers, with not only a dedicated seminar but also the chance to network in the new ILTM gastro bar created by Relais & Chateaux for agents an doperators to meet the Grand Chefs, sample the cuisine or just sip a glass of champagne”.
