Impiana Hotels to manage Splash Park

Tanco Holdings, the owner of Splash Park Serviced Suites, has hired Impiana Hotels & Resorts Management to operate its property in Palm Springs Resort City, Malaysia.

The resort, which sits in Port Dickson, consists of 830 serviced units on a 23 acre mixed commercial development that includes an eight acre water theme park.

There are also restaurants, entertainment sites, retail stores and a hotel with MICE facilities.

“We see this appointment as strategic. IHRM has the extensive experience and expertise in managing and operating resort hotels in Malaysia and the region. Moreover, the Impiana brand which is an award winning 4-star and luxury hospitality brand that is highly rated for its guests experiences by international travelers would be an ideal partner to manage and operate Splash Park Suites,” said Mr Chan Chee Meng, Executive Director, Tanco Holdings Berhad.

“With its vast experience in its hospitality and management capabilities, we are confident Impiana shall not only help in lifting the Splash Park Suites’ standard but in consistently maintain the Suites in top rentable condition for years to come. The strength of Impiana coupled with the guaranteed rental yields up to 72% in value, the iconic eight acre dedicated water theme park and the long standing reputation of Port Dickson as the nearest and most popular getaway destination will surely further spur investor confidence in this development.
