Hilton last week opened the newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton Goa-Arpora-Baga.
The 105-room hotel is centrally located just a few kilometres from the picturesque Baga and Anjuna beaches and in the heart of the popular shopping, dining and entertainment districts.
Formerly known as Riviera De Goa, the hotel features refreshed guestrooms, and three restaurants including the new restaurant Flame, which offers an extensive menu of Goan, Indian, Chinese and Italian delicacies. Other facilities include a new fully-equipped business centre, conference and banqueting facilities for up to 200 people, a swimming pool, and fitness centre.
Commenting on the third Double Tree development in the country, Martin Rinck, Hilton’s Asia Pacific President, said; “With the opening of this hotel, Hilton Worldwide now operates 10 hotels in India. Following on from a great year of growth in 2011, when we opened six hotels, we are expanding rapidly in India and anticipate increasing our presence to 14 hotels by the end of this year.”
