Jet Airways offers special fares for new Amsterdam flights

Jet Airways has started taking bookings for its new services to Amsterdam, which get underway in March 2016.

The Indian carrier will commence two new daily services to Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport on 27 March, with direct flights from both Delhi and Mumbai,. It will also offer a daily flight between Amsterdam and Toronto.

And an expansive codeshare partnership with and KLM and Delta Air Lines will provide passengers with a series of onward connections to destinations in Europe and North America.

Jet will deploy a two-class Airbus A330-300 aircraft on the new routes, offering 34 seats in its Premiere class and 259 in economy.

And from now until 15 January, Jet is offering a special opening fares for the Amsterdam flights. Discounts of up to 16% are available for travel in both cabin classes.

“We have received an overwhelming response to our new routes to and from Amsterdam since announcing them last month,” said Gaurang Shetty, Jet’s senior vice president of commercial. “The inaugural offer acknowledges the support from our guests, providing them with greater value when travelling to our new European gateway. From Amsterdam, we will be able to provide our guests with one stop access to a wider array of destinations across Europe and North America with our partners.”

Jet is offering all-inclusive fares of INR33,734 (US$505) in economy class and INR1,47,071 in Première class on the Mumbai-Amsterdam route, and INR37,211 and INR1,12,480 for the Delhi-Amsterdam flights.
