Jet, Bangkok Airways seal FFP tie-up

Jet Airways and Bangkok Airways have entered into a new partnership that will enable frequent flyers to earn and redeem miles for both airlines’ flights.
Under the new agreement, members of Jet’s JetPrivilege programme will be able to earn JPMiles on multiple Bangkok Airways flights, including services from Bangkok to Koh Samui, Krabi, Phuket and Luang Prabang.
Jet currently operates three daily flights to Bangkok – two from Mumbai and one from Delhi – and members of Bangkok Airways’ FFP, FlyerBonus, will be able to earn miles on these flights, and across Jet’s global network.
“This partnership with Bangkok Airways will offer exceptional value to our guests. The new codeshare destinations with Bangkok Airways are an important extension to the Jet Airways international network, enhancing our product offering and providing greater choice and convenience to our guests,” said Gaurang Shetty, Jet’s senior vice president of commercial,.
Bangkok Airways becomes Jet’s 29th frequent flyer airline partner.
