What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Group Sales Manager. Candidates should have at least 5-10 years successful experience in travel consulting, preferably with an existing luxury travel company.

How do you succeed as our Group Sales Manager?

• Develop the Sales Team Leaders by coaching and mentoring
• Take ownership/set group sales, targets and goals
• Manage and oversee the performance of the Sales Team Leaders by tracking their goals and targets
• Ensure the engagement by using high quality communication skills
• Analyze sales performance in term of critical success factors
• Continually review strategic company sales/performance

To succeed you need to have:

• Senior management experience
• Understand ideal customer and how they relate to our products
• Experience of sales in the travel industry
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• High level of fluency in spoken & written English
