Hotel Operations Coordinator – Hybrid 1 day in London – up to 30k

I am currently recruiting for a Hotel Operations Coordinator for my client, who is a well known inbound tour operator. They are looking for someone who has experience with operations within the travel industry, ideally with another inbound business. This role is Hybrid, with 1 day a week in the office in the City of London. They will pay up to 30k for the right candidate.

Hotel Operations Coordinator, Responsibilties:

• Areas responsible: UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland
• Purchasing (Pre-booking), Quotations, Operations to invoicing of Package Tours
• Quotations, Operations to Invoicing of Ad-hoc Tours (Individual to Group bookings)
• Maintaining of Hotel tariffs and data = Administration
• General support of Department Manager and team members
• General administrative skills
• Data entry using in-house computer system and MS Excel/Word (Tariffs, etc.,)
• Inbound Hotel Operations – Coordination of a range of hotel booking arrangements.
• Contact with hotels via email, phone, and fax.

Hotel Operations Coordinator, Key Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Expereince in an operational role within travel (ideally inbound)
• Great use of office
• Strong communicator
• Data entry skills
