Operations and Supplier Relations Coordinator, £30-50k + bonus, Global Travel Agency, Remote (UK). This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a well-established and global travel agency with over 20,000 staff in North/South America and Australia who are looking to expand into Europe.

Operations and Supplier Relations Coordinator Responsibilities

You’ll be provided with direction and guidance from management teams in the US to support in a wide area of the business including but not limited to;

• Supplier relations – acting as the point of contact to resolve any issues, communicating on behalf of the travel agents, working with suppliers to maximise sales.
• Certain customer service issues.
• Social Media.
• Supporting travel agents with any issues or training needs.
• Managing projects

Operations and Supplier Relations Coordinator Skills Required

• At least 5 years working in the leisure travel industry with familiarity of suppliers such as tour operators and cruise lines.
• Comfortable using Word, Outlook, Excel and other IT systems.
• Highly adaptable, organised, comfortable with change and doesn’t frustrate easily.
• Personality and culture fit is key – looking for a positive, can-do attitude who can interact and work with a wide range of stakeholders from customer to suppliers, travel agents and senior leadership team.

Operations and Supplier Relations Coordinator Additional Details

• A basic salary in the region of £30,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
• Profit share (usually around a months salary)
