Sales Manager – Luxury Travel – Remote – c£50-60k with six figure OTE. A fantastic opportunity to join this high growth, luxury travel company where you will play an instrumental role in driving their sales team to achieve ambitious results.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Utilising the CRM to extract information for decision making and driving performance.
• Continually drive the company’s technology, automation and use of data analytics.
• Monitor and sit in on calls, coaching the team to close sales and improve performance.
• Expanding the team as the company grows from attraction and training, through to retention and performance management.

Sales Manager Skills Required

• We are seeking a highly driven, technically capable sales manager with knowledge of best practice sales tactics.
• You will embrace and be comfortable with the latest technologies.
• A strong user of CRM systems and how they can be best utilised to drive decision making and performance.
• A charismatic people manager who leads from the front.
• Experience selling to high net worth customers and working in high growth businesses would both be a distinct advantage.
• If the above criteria are met then industry experience and location are flexible for the right person.
• A flexible approach to work with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.

Sales Manager Additional Details

• A basic salary in the region of £50,000 – £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
• An uncapped, six figure OTE linked to the team performance.
• Remote working with occasional travel around the UK.
