Kenya Airways has commenced operations on the Delhi-Nairobi route. The airline’s second gateway into India after Mumbai will be operated four times a week using a Boeing 767-300.
“New Delhi is the second city after Mumbai that we will be flying to India and we intend to open four more destinations in the sub-continent as a part of our 10 year expansion strategy,” said Dr. Titus Naikuni, Kenya Airways’ Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Delhi is the 57th global destination served by Kenya Airways, while in the next five years the airline plans to serve 91 destinations.
