Korean Air will introduce its brand new Airbus A330-300 aircraft on several key Asia Pacific routes next month.
Effective 2 April 2015, the new twin-aisle A330s will start flying from Seoul to Sydney, Brisbane and Singapore, plus “other routes in Southeast Asia and Oceania”.
Korean Air currently operates 18 A330-300s and is planning to introduce three more by the end of the year. All aircraft come equipped with the airline’s new Prestige Suites in business class.
The roll-out forms part of Korean Air’s fleet expansion and renewal plans. This year the national carrier will take delivery of 17 new passenger aircraft, including three A330-300s, four Boeing 747-8s, six B777-300ERs and four B737-800s.
