Jin Air, the South Korean low-cost carrier, has signed three interline deals that will enable it to offer more connections across Asia and the Pacific.

New agreements with Hawaii’s Island Air, Cambodia’s Cambodia Angkor Air, and Laos’ national airline Lao Airlines, will allow Jin Air to combine its network with the three partner carriers, providing passengers with more international routes.

These deals follow Jin Air’s first ever interline contract, which it signed with Jetstar in April.

“We expect to reinforce our airline network in Southeast Asia and the Hawaiian region through these interlines agreements,” said an official from Jin Air. “We will discuss further cooperation on promotions, sales and marketing in a variety of ways so that both airlines can leverage the synergy created through the collaboration.”

The MoUs with Cambodia Angkor Air and Lao Airlines were signed on 2 and 3 June respectively, although firm details of the interlining arrangements will be revealed at a later date.

The agreement with Island Air was signed on 20 May and will enable passengers who fly to Honolulu with Jin Air to connect to several other destinations in the US state.
