Langham Hospitality Group has launched a new initiative intended to attract more small medium enterprises (SMEs).
The new Optimum Programme provides corporate rates and benefits at Langham properties for SMEs that occupy 20 to 50 room nights per year.
As well as preferential rates, companies enrolling in the scheme will be offered their own Langham booking code, access to a dedicated sales representative, airline mile accrual for Langham’s partner frequent flyer programmes, and exclusive Langham promotions.
“We understand that in today’s dynamic and competitive business environment, SMEs need to strive to maximise and provide optimum value for every dollar spent,” said Simon Manning, Langham’s vice president of sales & marketing.
“Langham has specifically created the Optimum Programme to provide these SME businesses that usually do not have the volume to qualify for the preferential rates, can now enjoy benefits and corporates rates when they stay with us.”
In addition, travellers staying under the Optimum Programme will be invited to enrol in Langham’s 1865 loyalty programme, providing additional in-hotel benefits, and all PAs and secretaries and personnel making corporate travel arrangements will be able to earn rewards for the reservations they make.
