FRHI, the parent company of the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissotel brands, has shifted its management to streamline operations and growth.
In the changes Jennifer Fox has been promoted to president, international while remaining president of the Fairmont brand. She will move to Zurich for the role and front FRHI’s international division.
Kevin Frid has been promoted to president Americas in a newly-created role to oversee operations in the region.
Other changes at Toronto-based FRHI include Jeff Senior moved into the role of executive VP and chief marketing officer to handle all sales and marketing activity. Michelle Crosby is now executive vice president and chief HR officer.
At the brand levels, Peter French will remain president of the Raffles brand and Meinhard Huck is still president of Swissotel.
“We’ve added a very experienced and dynamic group of industry professionals to our senior leadership team; individuals who will help us achieve our long term strategic objectives of growing our distinctive hotel brands, maximising performance, and building long term value for our owners,” said Michael Glennie, president and chief operating officer, FRHI. “This new business model also provides us with a solution that is scalable as we execute on our planned development pipeline and sign new hotel management agreements around the world.”
