All 30 of the hotel group’s Anantara hotels and resorts have signed up to use TripAdvisor Business Listings, along with 27 properties from the Oaks Hotel & Resorts portfolio, three from its Avani brand, and several individual properties owned by Minor.

Marcos Cadena, Minor’s group director of electronic distribution, said the company had already seen good results from the partnership.

“We have already seen a very positive ROI from our TripAdvisor Business Listings subscription for our Anantara properties, including reaching the break-even point on our initial investment after just two months,” said Cadena. “We are confident that TripAdvisor Business Listings will continue to deliver our properties more exposure to TripAdvisor travellers and increase revenue through our direct booking channels.”

TripAdvisor Business Listings is a subscription-based service that allows hoteliers to add direct contact information to their TripAdvisor pages, including website links, email addresses and phone numbers. The properties can also use their TripAdvisor pages to promote special offers.

“Minor Hotel Group has done a great job tracking their Business Listings performance so that they understand the outstanding value of their investment,” said Lewis Ng, commercial director for Asia Pacific at TripAdvisor for Business. “We’re pleased to be working with one of Asia’s leading luxury hotel groups on Business Listings, and we look forward to helping them achieve stronger results in the coming year.”

To date, more than 69,000 properties have signed up to use TripAdvisor Business Listings.
