Grand UK Holidays has added more holidays to its programme following high demand.
The new tours and cruises are in addition to the 40 new options introduced to its summer 2013 brochure recently.
Tours include more ‘singles specials’ and ‘Supersavers’ tours off the back of a growing demand for singles holidays and cheaper holidays.
“I was at the Best of Britain & Ireland (BoBI) annual trade show in Birmingham recently, and was impressed by the very positive outlook for the industry this year. It reflects our experience here at Grand UK where we are regularly adding new tours to our range because of the buoyant demand from the over-55s market,” said Harold Burke, sales director at Grand UK.
“The message from BoBI is that the domestic market is buoyant, thanks in part to events such as last year’s Olympics and Jubilee, and other factors, such as investment by VisitBritain and VisitEngland and that is matched by our domestic range, which is going from strength to strength,” he added.
