A new apart-hotel and serviced apartment project has been announced on Liverpool’s Duke Street.
Around £800,000 has been invested to create 35 apartments and studios at Epic Apart-Hotel and Serviced Apartments, in a building that had been derelict since 1984.
Each apartment will be individually designed with two mezzanine studios to be included, one of which will have a courtyard garden.
Spaces will also include smaller ePods aimed at couples and corporate travellers looking for a budget option.
“We are very excited to bring back to life this stunning building on Duke Street. The new apartments have been engineered in a way that a two-bedroom can become a one-bedroom if needed. This flexibility is ideal for the midweek commercial market, and further demonstrates the brand’s continued evolution,” said Simon Beer, who owns and operates Epic with his wife Fiona.
