Absolute Hotel Services (AHS), the Bangkok-based company, continues to expand its portfolio in India with the addition of new luxury villas at one of its U Resorts.
Following the recent launch of an Eastin Residences property in Vadodara, Gujarat, the company is now all set to expand the U Tropicana Resort in Alibaug, Maharashtra, with the addition of 29 luxury villas.
Spread over 5.3 hectares to land adjacent to the resort, these new units will all feature living rooms, kitchens, outdoor decks with plunge pools, “party lawns” with bars, maids’ quarters and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.
They will be available for sale, and their owners will be able to lease the villas back to the hotel, with profits shared between the hotel and the villa owner. This will increase the resort’s room inventory.
“While you are very well an asset owner, we envision any villa buyer more-so as a partner in our property,” said Arjun Dhanoa, director of the Tropicana Group, which owns the resort. “We are offering you the opportunity to live the hotelier lifestyle and are looking to make your escape home a cost-free and revenue generating asset, simply by making use of your property whenever you aren’t using it.”
Owners and guests will have access to all the facilities at the U Tropicana Resort, including a spa, restaurant, bar, conference room and gym. And the resort is expected to expand further in future, with the addition of a new sports court, banqueting hall, children’s play area and golf putting green.
