BHM Asia, the Bangkok-based hotel group, has signed a new property in the city of Buriram, northeast Thailand.
Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2016, the new X2 Vibe Buriram will be located less than five minutes’ drive from the Buriram Race Track and Buriram United football stadium.
Rising five storeys, the hotel will feature 68 rooms build around a large central swimming pool area, with the ground floor rooms opening out onto private terrace areas.
There will also be a top floor bar and lounge, a restaurant and a 24-hour fitness centre, plus meeting space for up to 80 people.
“I am ecstatic to see the way that the X2 brand is expanding, not only in Thailand but into the whole of Southeast Asia,” said Anthony McDonald, CEO of BHM Asia. “The Buriram Hotel is a true X2 Vibe product and shows all of the key traits that we have worked so hard to develop over the years, this is just one of the many exciting openings that we have lined up for 2016.”
Bookings for X2 Vibe Buriram will open on 18 January 2016.
