Azamara Club Cruises has cancelled another cruise on Azamara Journey as the cruise line struggles to find drydock availability to make repairs to the ship’s propellers.
The ship’s sailing from Shanghai departing 3 March has been cancelled, as the cruise line looks for a yard that will be able to facilitate repairs to the luxury cruise ship.
Yard availability is limited in the region for @AzamaraJourney. Call outs to guests are in progress. We sincerely apologize! More.

Azamara Journey was sailing towards Tokyo earlier this week when the damage was found, with Pimentel regularly tweeting about the current situation.
@AzamaraJourney encountered debris, a cable that floated up to the prop & affected the shaft as it was arriving into Tokyo, Japan yesterday.

The ship is now travelling at a reduced speed to Kyoto arriving tomorrow (28 February) with 601 guests and 399 crew onboard. They will remain on the ship in Kyoto until Sunday when they will be flown to Shanghai where the cruise was originally due to end on Monday.
It is tough to be affected by floating debris. The crew is outstanding, the land based staff is outstanding & we will continue a great year.
