AccorHotels is bringing its new Novotel Suites brand to the Asia Pacific for the first time, with the launch of a new hotel in Vietnam.
Scheduled to open in May 2016, the new Novotel Suites Hanoi will offer a choice of apartment-style units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom options, all equipped with kitchenettes.
AccorHotels says the new concept is designed to provide “comfortable stays for both short- and long-term guests, especially… business clients”.
The new hotel is positioned on Duy Tan Street, a new business district in Hanoi located close to the city’s industrial zones.
“Here our guests are able to create their own special world, blending a warm and friendly feel of home,” said Thierry Le Ponner, general manager of Novotel Suites Hanoi. “This hotel is opening a new horizon of living experience for clients who come to Hanoi for business purposes and also for their families in [the] long-term.”
The Hanoi property offers 151 apartments with a minimum size of 32m². As well as kitchen facilities, all units offer walk-in wardrobes, separated living areas, Smart TVs and free Wi-Fi. Other hotel facilities include a buffet restaurant, rooftop bar, 24-hour fitness centre, outdoor pool and meeting space for up to 215 people.
There are now more than 30 Novotel Suites properties around the world, mainly in Europe.
