Oaks Hotels & Resorts is ramping up its family offerings on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
The water park at Oaks Oasis resort has recently been renovated and will reopen in time for the Australian summer holiday season. The attraction comes complete with water slides, fountains, splash zones and a range of interactive activities for children aged 12 years and under. There are also picnic areas, party tents and sun loungers for parents.
And Oaks Oasis has also unveiled plans for a brand new Adventure Zone for kids. This interactive, open-air area, which is expected to be completed by December 2015, will feature an 18-hole putting course, a sandpit, climbing frame and giant jumping pillow.
The 174-room resort already features a lagoon pool, spa, children’s playground, floodlit tennis court and beach volleyball court.
Oaks is owned by Thailand’s Minor Hotel Group.
