Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC) recently completed its third roadshow in Europe with the objective of generating a variety of high potential leads and looking at the possibility to attract over 40,000 delegates.
This initiative is a joint strategy with the Ministry of Tourism (MoT). The roadshow presented a compelling offer of the soon-to-open venue to decision makers in key European markets of Milan, Geneva, Berlin and Brussels.
Trevor McCartney, OCEC general manager said: “In Geneva, we were able to finalise the contract for an event to be held in December 2017. There is no doubt that this booking is a direct result of our collective efforts in championing Oman as a preferred business tourism destination.”
The third roadshow in Europe is part of the OCEC and MoT’s vigorous international campaign showcasing proposition of events hub.
