One and Only Resort planned for Jeddah

Kerzner International Holdings Limited has entered into an agreement with Al Khozama Management Company in partnership with Saudi Oger, to develop and operate a new One&Only resort in Jeddah on the Red Sea.
The hotel will boast approximately 150 guest rooms, suites and villas plus a health spa. The resort will target both business and leisure guests. This will be the One&Only’s first resort in The Kingdom.
“Jeddah is the perfect location for the first One&Only experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The beachfront location is remarkable and I am very confident the resort will be well received by our many guests,” says Alan Leibman, CEO, Kerzner International.
As with all One&Only properties, this resort will offer special programming for families with children too. Guests will also have access to a host of unique sporting and entertainment facilities on-site.
