Pacific World, the DMC and event management company, is expanding into two more South Asian nations – Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
The company, which is a subsidiary of TUI Travel, has partnered with Aitken Spence Travel to open Pacific World Sri Lanka and Pacific World Maldives. A dedicated MICE team will now provide meetings and incentives services in these two countries.
In addition to Sri Lanka and the Maldives, Pacific World has also entered Croatia in partnership with Gulliver Travel.
“We… are excited to be opening in these three new destinations,” said Harsha Krishnan, Pacific World’s strategic development director.
“Through the shared ownership structure provided by TUI Travel, we can guarantee service standards and ensure that creativity and the customer experience is second to none. We believe that this is one more step in our journey to create a ‘one-stop-shop’ global value proposition for all our clients worldwide.”
Pacific World described Sri Lanka and the Maldives as “emerging MICE destinations”.
