Philippine Airlines (PAL) will expand its Japanese operations later this year, with the launch of flights connecting Cebu with Osaka and Nagoya.

Commencing on 19 December 2014, the national carrier will operate four weekly flights on the Cebu-Osaka route, with services running every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

Then a day later on 20 December, PAL will launch three weekly flights between Cebu and Nagoya, operating every Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

The new routes will expand PAL’s total Japanese operations to 67 weekly flights, including 14 per week between Manila and Tokyo Narita, 14 between Cebu and Narita, 11 on the Manila-Tokyo Haneda sector, and seven weekly flights each from Manila to Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka.
