Philippine Airlines (PAL) is hiring more staff as it expands its fleet and route map.
The national carrier took delivery of the first of 65 new aircraft last week, an Airbus A321, which it will use to launch new domestic and international flights. And later this month PAL will hold a job fair to recruit more flight attendants and ground crew.
On 17 August 2013, PAL will invite candidates to the Manila headquarters of its owning company, San Miguel Corporation, to showcase the jobs on offer and screen potential new recruits. Then on 24 August the recruitment fair will move to Cebu City, where it will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
PAL welcomed its first Airbus A321 aircraft last week, and will start taking delivery of its new A330s in the third quarter of the year. It will use the aircraft to launch flights to the Middle East.
The airline is also planning to add four A340s to its fleet later this year, for the launch of its European services.
