Pan Pacific has signed an agreement to manage a brand new beachfront hotel in Danang.

The Singapore-based hotel group has teamed up with MBLand Holdings and Tonkin Properties, which are jointly developing the US$100 million project on a 10-hectare plot of beachfront land on Vietnam’s central coast.

Located at My Khe Beach, Pan Pacific Danang Resort will include a hotel and private villas, including a collection of sea-facing “Sky Paradise Villas” with private pools and elevators.

The companies have also teamed up with EDSA, the landscaping design company, exterior design firm Humphreys & Partners, and interior design group DWP, which has previously worked on Four Seasons and St Regis hotels.

Pan Pacific Danang Resort is planned to open by end of 2019. It will join the company’s existing Vietnamese hotel, located in Hanoi.
