PATA Thailand welcomes new chairman

The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Thailand recently announced its new chairman, Nond Kalinta, vice president of sales, Thai Airways International (THAI), selected and approved by PATA’s Executive Board.

Present to congratulate Kalinta were members of PATA Executive Board from various organisations including Centara Hotels & Resorts and Faculty of Tourism Management, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).

Founded in 1951, the PATA is a non-profit travel trade association serving government tourist offices, airlines, hotels and other travel-related companies throughout the Asia Pacific region. PATA’s Chapter membership includes government and private organizations in tourism industry, airlines and educational institutions from 95 countries in Asia Pacific.
