P&O Cruises has cancelled its three scheduled port calls to Tripoli this winter due to on-going unrest in Libya. Adonia’s visit to Tripoli on 30 December has been replaced with a call to La Goulette, Tunisia on 31 December. As a result, the cruise will call at Haifa, Ashdod and Malta on different dates. Meanwhile Tripoli will be replaced by calls to Naples and Malta on the 5 January world cruise departure onboard Oriana. In addition, Oceana’s visit to Tripoli on 3 March (departing Southampton 26 February) has been replaced by a call to Alexandria. P&O said it will monitor the situation in Libya and resume the intended itineraries if it is safe to do so.
