Princess Cruises has reported that over 10% of agent enquiries are now being handled through its new online webchat for travel agents following its launch in August.
Named ‘Ask Isaac’ after the bartender in The Love Boat TV series, the tool has been created to offer immediate support and information to travel agents. It is available via Princess’ online agent portal.
Ask Isaac was launched by Princess Cruises’ Australia office a year ago and now accounts for around one-third of all of its agent enquiries. The UK office expects enquiries to reach this level within 12 months.
Tony Roberts, Princess Cruises’ vice president UK and Europe, said: “We’re ahead of our initial projections for Ask Isaac usage and would like to thank agents for their early engagement. Using a web chat to speak to our team is fast, easy and convenient; give it a try if you haven’t already and we’ll make sure you get everything you need from Princess Cruises at the touch of a button.”
