Qatar Airways has moved to join its fellow oneworld alliance partners in Terminal 2 of Tokyo’s Narita International Airport. The move will bring additional advantages to the airline including shared facilities such as check-in and transfer desks, lounges and baggage services.
Qatar Airways country manager – Japan, Tomohiko Matsumoto said: “This move will allow us to take further advantage of benefits of being part of the oneworld alliance.”
Effective 18 June 2014, Qatar Airways will add its third route to the Japanese market when it begins operating non-stop daily flights on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner to Haneda International Airport.
