Qatar Airways is to open a ticket office in Harrods tonight (3 July).
The Doha-based airline has opened the concession in the Knightsbridge department store to target its affluent customers.
“We are opening our ticket office in central London at Harrods as it is a place that not only reflects the high level of service we offer, but is where our most discerning customers can be found,” said its CEO Akbar Al Baker.
It is hoped the concession will provide ideas for honeymoons and more general holiday options including its six new flights launched so far this year.
New destinations include Phnom Penh, Cambodia; Chicago, USA and Salalah, Oman.
