Qatar Airways group chief executive, His Excellency Akbar Al Baker, said the five aircraft that will be on display at this year’s Paris Air Show “symbolise the dynamic growth of our airline and our constant focus on world-class quality”.

“Not only will we be showcasing our A350 XWB for which we are the global launch customer, but we will also have four other benchmark-setting aircraft this year, showcasing Qatar Airways’ five-star hospitality,” he added.

The A350 XWB, which entered service in January and now flies double-daily to Frankfurt and daily to Munich from October this year, is also being rolled out across three daily services to Singapore this summer.

Overall, Qatar Airways will have on display at the Paris Air Show an Airbus A380, A350, A320, A319 and a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
