Radisson Blu Hotel Alexandria showcases new convention centre

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group recently announced the addition of a new convention centre to Radisson Blu Hotel, Alexandria.
The new venue is set to open in June 2014 and will complement the hotel’s existing meeting space.
“The demand for meeting and event space in Alexandria has risen significantly in recent years and so too has the requirement for bespoke events,” said Mark Willis, area vice president, Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa for the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
The new-build centre, which covers two floors, will include a ballroom along with five flexible meeting rooms, a bride’s room and an indoor car park. The new set up will be able to cater receptions, weddings, conferences or board meetings.
