Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has announced the opening of second Radisson Blu Hotel in Chennai. The hotel Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City 
Centre offers 162 rooms and suites with complimentary internet access.
The hotel features a business centre with full secretarial support, a spa, gym, swimming pool, discotheque and conference and meeting space that can accommodate 800 people. The hotel will also offer its signature restaurant, The Great Kebab Factory, and a specialty coastal Asian cuisine restaurant, Coast to Coast.
“The opening of Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre, together with another 13 scheduled openings in India will bring our India portfolio to 64 operating hotels by year end. This will entrench our leadership position in India and place us closer to doubling our Asia Pacific portfolio to achieve our 2015 goal of more than 150 operating hotels,” the group’s President, Simon C Barlow said.
