RCI, Celebrity & Azamara launch July campaigns

Royal Caribbean International (RCI), Celebrity and Azamara have launched individual promotions of strong lead prices and incentives for July to support trade bookings.
RCI’s ` Solid Gold Summer Savings’ campaign features thousands of cruises at ‘excellent’ lead prices with an onboard credit of $100 per stateroom for all cruises in Europe between now and end of December. Plus agents will have an opportunity to win an iPad, as well as the chance to cruise onboard one of RCI’s ships this summer.
Meanwhile Celebrity have introduced its ‘Celebrate Summer’ push which features $200 onboard credits per stateroom on select UK departures between September and November 2012 on Celebrity Eclipse and Celebrity Constellation with a $100 onboard credit for select European and Transatlantic cruises.
Azamara Club Cruises will offer additional incentives including a $200 onboard credit on select sailings, 50% off second passenger fares and single supplements at 25%, as well as discounts of up to $300 for back to back sailings.
“Agents have really got behind the last few campaigns that we’ve run so we thought, why not expand the amount of itineraries on offer and increase the number of ways that guests can save their hard earned money,” said Jo Rzymowska, associate vice president and general manager, UK and Ireland, Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises on the promotions. “With warmer weather encouraging everyone to think about their next holiday, we’re confident that our loyal trade partners will support these campaigns with their usual enthusiasm and continue to highlight the great value of cruising”.
