One of my must-recommendations is the 609 Kitchen. A unique concept with a blend of all the cuisines of the world, you can have your fill and satiate all your cravings here. To add to it, the swanky restaurant witnesses the culinary prowess of its Italian, French and Indian chefs. And of course, you will have a vast array of Thai food to try out as the restaurant does a fantastic job of showcasing its cultural heritage and its local cuisine. So whether it is a wood fire pizza or a lip-smacking chicken tikka masala, this has to be on your must-visit list. Try the delicious Thai beef curry made here and you will thank me later.

You can also head to the Pebbles Bar and Grill for that perfect grill and fresh seafood. The hotel’s chefs strive for culinary excellence by paying close attention to the source and quality of our ingredients. Create a dining experience like no other by using in-season, locally-grown ingredients, including organic, sustainable meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and grains is another hallmark of the hotel.
