Renewed five-star hotel rating for Bali Dynasty Resort

After having completed an official Indonesian certification and audit process, Bali Dynasty announced the renewal of its five-star hotel rating. The detailed evaluation was conducted by Sucofindo, a government-appointed independent business certification board.

Following a thorough examination, the result from the audit showed that the resort had successfully exceeded the standard qualifications for a five-star brand, which ranges from the quality of products, services, and managerial procedures.

Didit Indra, general manager of Bali Dynasty Resort said: “This document reaffirms our promise to be a premier resort for families, leisure and MICE in the heart of South Kuta Bali.”

This is the second time that it has received this prestigious accreditation, which is valid for three years, since June 2016. Such certification not only contributes to the resort’s positive image, it is also an assurance for guests that they will enjoy a great holiday experience. The certification is a part of a legal regulation by the current Indonesian Ministry of Tourism, which states that all hotels operating in the country must be audited by an independent business certification board.
