Rocky Mountaineer has signed a new global partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line for its 2014 programme.

The train journeys can be added before or after a cruise onboard Norwegian Jewel, Norwegian Pearl and Norwegian Sun. The two companies said their brands are were ideal partners.
“We are delighted to enter into this global partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line, which aligns perfectly with our brand in offering world-class service and an exceptional experience,” said Leslie Peden, Director of Sales EMEA for Rocky Mountaineer. “In our research, we have found that nearly half of all of our guests combine our rail journeys with an Alaskan cruise and, with this new agreement, both Rocky Mountaineer and Norwegian have come together to combine two dream holidays into one by both land and sea.”
Francis Riley, vice president and generalmaanager international for Norwegian added: “Norwegian’s Freestyle Cruising concept is a natural fit for Rocky Mountaineer’s guests, looking for freedom and flexibility along with top-line service and amenities for a spectacular Alaskan holiday experience.”
