Sarovar Hotels has added two more hotels in Gujarat, boosting the number of five from the current three in the state.
The new hotels under the Sarovar Portico brand will open in Gandhidham and Bhavnagar. The hotel in Gandhidham will be operational in 2014 with 58 rooms, while the one in Bhavnagar will have 80 rooms and be operational by 2016.
Currently, the group has two hotels in Ahmedabad under the Park Plaza and Sarovar Portico brands, while the third property is operational in Rajkot under the Sarovar Portico brand.
