Seabourn has revealed that its latest ship, Seabourn Encore, will feature its first dedicated sushi restaurant.
To be simply named ‘Sushi’, the new restaurant will feature a dinner menu offering fresh hamachi, tuna, prawns and other seafood shipped from Japan. At lunchtimes, the restaurant will feature three varieties of bento boxes: meat, seafood and vegetarian.
Sushi will also feature a private dining table separated from the rest of the restaurant, catering for small groups of guests.
The 600-passenger Seabourn Encore will be named in Singapore in January 2017 before heading to Australia for its inaugural season. Running from 22 January to 17 March 2017, this first season will include nine maiden calls to Australian ports.
