Wyndham Hotel Group has opened a new Ramada hotel in Phuket.
Located in the main Patong Beach area of the island, the Ramada Phuket Deevana becomes the brand’s second property in Phuket, following the Ramada Phuket South Sea.
“The addition of Ramada Phuket Deevana provides travellers across the globe with a trusted lodging option on Thailand’s largest island, an incredibly popular tourist destination where there is high demand for quality accommodations,” said Barry Robinson, Wyndham Hotel Group’s president & managing director for Southeast Asia & Pacific Rim.
“The hotel is also a step forward in our efforts to grow Ramada throughout Southeast Asia in destinations where travellers want to be.”
The new Ramada Phuket Deevana offers 206 rooms and suites, all with private balconies. Facilities include a third-floor swimming pool, a fitness centre, spa, kids’ club and restaurant.
The opening of Ramada Phuket Deevana comes just two months after the launch of Wyndham’s first mixed-use property in Asia, the Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket, which combines hotel and timeshare options.
