Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) has agreed to open its second U Hotel in Phuket.
Set to open in early 2014, the new U Zenmaya will be located on the island’s Kalim Beach. The property’s 50 rooms include a range of pool access units and suites with private jacuzzis.
Facilities include a restaurant, rooftop lounge with sea views, gym, outdoor swimming pool, two boardrooms, library and spa with four treatment rooms.
“This is very exciting news for us,” said Jonathan Wigley, CEO of AHS. “U Zenmaya, with its dramatic beachfront setting, will complement well to our other U portfolio properties in southern Thailand as well the country as a whole. U Zenmaya will definitely be a signature property for the U Hotels & Resorts.”
The signing of the U Zenmaya follows the recent opening of the U Sunsiri Phuket.
